Operations - Full-time
You will support HealthIM’s client operations (sales, implementation, training and support) by preparing highly customized and detailed PowerPoint presentations, printed materials and technical reference manuals. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term projects is critical. You will be responsible, typically on short notice, for drafting in depth governmental memos and sales briefs. You will prepare required materials with minimal supervision for pre-scheduled operational activities (sales meetings, training workshops, etc.).
You will draft and layout the company’s library of documents. This includes maintaining template and documents as the product software and business practices continually change. You will participate actively in team meetings and seek out opportunities for efficiencies and excellence.
